High Peak Dog Services and all its employees will work within the legal framework of the country of the services we provide.
High Peak Dog Services and all its employees comply with all legal obligations including but not limited to those concerning contractual obligations, consumer rights, intellectual property rights, health and safety, advertising standards, animal legislation and trade descriptions
High Peak Dog Services will safeguard and promote customer service, respect individual rights, responsibilities and identity
High Peak Dog Services and all its employees will work in the best interests of the animal and the handler
High Peak Dog Services and all its employees only use scientifically-based researched techniques for training which are kind and fair to both the dog and handler.This means the use of punitive techniques is not allowed such as choke/check chains (full or half), prong collars, remote collars, water sprays, rattle bottles, pet correctors or any physical manhandling such as alpha rolls or scruffing that may cause pain or discomfort.
High Peak Dog Services and all its employees use professional knowledge, research and experience to contribute to the discipline of behaviour and training, encouraging other practitioners to recognise and maintain similar standards and continue their own professional development
High Peak Dog Services and all its employees will ensure that they do not act out of prejudice against any person or group, on any grounds including origin, ethnicity, class, sex, status, sexual orientation, age, disability or beliefs and treat everyone equally
High Peak Dog Services and all its employees are honest, transparent and accurate about their qualifications, competence, experience, achievements and affiliations

High Peak Dog Services and all its employees maintain and extend their competence in order to provide a quality service and accountable practice, appraising new approaches and methodologies in order to extend their experience
High Peak Dog Services and all its employees provide honest and reliable written (where appropriate) professional opinions
High Peak Dog Services and all its employees will take appropriate action if health or any other factor is likely to interfere with their professional judgement or performance of duty
